由于实在受不了Intel 82574L网卡配合e1000e驱动的断流问题，准备miniPCIe一分二，分一个出来插一个瑞昱的网卡，不过ESXI支持的网卡都是服务器的，默认不支持消费级的瑞昱网卡驱动。网上大部分是在制作ESXI的iso的时候导入驱动，其实针对已安装的ESXI，也可以额外安装驱动。
