如果您集成了 Pushkit 和 Sinch，那么推送通知可能无法捕捉到 PushKit 的委托(delegate)函数 - didReceiveIncomingPushWithPayload。但是您可以在 SINManagedPushDelegate 的函数 - didReceiveIncomingPushWithPayload 上获得推送通知。 推送通知不会到来，但当应用程序处于后台时，您可以在那里收到来电事件。如果应用程序在后台，您可以触发本地通知，让用户知道来电。
