1. 您忘记执行 C:/Python27/python get-pip.py。您记得为 pip 执行此操作，但您放弃了 python get-pip.py。

2. 另外，您需要 C++，它在错误的最后一行中提到了这一点。 错误:需要 Microsoft Visual C++ 9.0(无法找到 vcvarsall.bat)。从 http://aka.ms/vcpython27 获取它。正如它所说，获取 Visual C++。没有它，Pip 就无法工作。
