根据此处较早的回答，我重新确定了升级客户的 Jenkins 的优先级。现在他们在带有 Git 插件 3.0.1 的 Jenkins 2.41 上，在进行额外配置之前，这并没有解决问题。我发现配置有点棘手:

1. 将顶级存储库添加到源代码管理 -> Git
2. 选择“其他行为”添加按钮
   • 选择“高级子模块行为”

4. 但是，我现在在 Jenkins 2.41 中同时选择了“递归更新子模块”和“使用父存储库的默认远程凭据”
