通过对 Protractor 的更新更改修复了此问题。我缺少替换 .find() 方法的 .getWebElement() 部分。

browser.actions().
        mouseMove(startPoint.getWebElement(), {x: 0, y: 0}).

        mouseMove(endPoint.getWebElement()).
        mouseUp().
        perform();
